LSAW Steel Pipe( Longitudinal Seam Submerged Arc Welding Pipe )

The UOE mill features the most advanced technology and process, achieves high production efficiency, stable product quality and is equipped with complete inspection equipments. UOE mill adopts U & O forming, the formed pipes are welded inside through five internal welding stations with three wires, and welded outside through four external welding stations with three wires. In accordance with different requirements of the customers, the welded pipe can be expanded either by mechanical or hydrostatic expander to improve dimensional accuracy, and eliminate residual stress.

SSG newest JCOE production line officially launched its production October 16, 2009. The company spent less than one year and a half commencing from the groundBreaking on April 19, 2008 to the load commissioning on August 31, 2009, which bring a new revolution of JCOE steel pipe in the world. The LSAW steel pipe production line provides advanced equipment and technology with the annual designed capacity of up to 200,000 tons, The manufacturing execution system control system is adopted to manage the production and dispatching. And the supervisory control and data acqusition system is adopted to collect data and monitor the process to realize the intergrated and real-time production management.
